We take great care in securely packaging our ceramic products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Due to the fragile nature of these items, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Once reviewed and approved, eligible returns or exchanges will be processed.

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not reported within the specified time period may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We reserve the right to assess each request and make the final decision based on the product condition and circumstances.
